I Just found my baby betta in my net!!! Help!

Okay so I did a water change likes hour ago. And I kept looking in my tank and not seeing my betta once. I was getting super concerned and looked in my net and she was there!!! I put her back in immediately and she was still alive but all color from her fins are white and her fins are shriveled up!! I’m about to add salt but I don’t know what else to do.

don't add salt

I assume the fish was in the net and the net was outside the tank in a bucket somewhere?
If yes, just put her in the tank and monitor her for infections over the next few days. She should be ok because she is a labyrinth fish and they can breath air from the atmosphere.
