CURSED SNAILS
I bought one large one and now i have 3 babies. THEY JUST APPEARED. OUT OF NOWHERE

RARR!

on top of that there were even more snails, small triangle ones, that just appeared out of nowhere (probably from the anacharis strand i bought from my LPS)

I learned about that in science today! Asexual reproduction is when one parent produces offspring identicle to itself. Now they're just gonna keep on coming

Not all snails are asexual though the females can keep sperm for years...

well, now that i think of it i COULD put a snail in each of my betta bowls

Had the problem once and it was H@!! so everytime i buy plants and whatnot always wash and rinse everything even plants!

We have no problem in the 4ft... the clowns see to that

But in the office tank there is nothing that eats them while they are alive
(the tetras love them when i squash them!)

2 of the clowns have been on holiday to the tank 3 times now... last time it was for 6 weeks! 2 days after they went home the tank was crawling with snails again

I now squash them on a daily basis - just fed 18 of them to the tetras!
