USA,
I dont think anyone knows this, but I was looking for kittens recently. Well after a week search I found an adorable calico cat, and after three days of debating I got her! Im very happy, as she is really cute. The only thing is my other cats dont seem to like her yet, though its only been 1 hour.

She's gorgeous, I got a new kitten today. She is a moggy but looks a bit like a British Blue with some mottled brown through her. I will post pics on my own thread (rather than take up yours!) I'm going to let her settle in first though. We called her Toffee. She hasn't met our cat yet we are taking the intro slowly so we'll see how it goes.

Good luck with your kitten, I am sure she will settle in quickly. Kittens don't tend to take much heed of the older cats and just do their own thing anyway!!

Your kitten is very beautiful, does she have a name yet?

no, no name yet. and Ive never seen one of those types of cats you got.

and Im sure she will hold her own with my cats as she growled and hissed back at them already, at least a dozen times. Shes a real wild cat, and they people at the store said she was calm. And she was there, we went to see her three days in a row before we bought her.

Britany was my second choice, i hated naima, she sounds slow.

Hi wrs :)

What a beautiful kitten! Her eyes are stunning!

I'll give her a nomination for June's POTM!

Congratulations ! :-
She's gorgeous. I'm sure the other cats will warm to her soon. Though it can sometimes take as much as a few weeks. Good luck and have fun raising her

Thanks aall!

I decided to name her Emma. We had a huge list of names and I said, thats it, her name is emma, its settled, lol, and noone cared so that good.

I must ask a question though, is it true trhat calicos are usually wild? As thats what the petstore guy said, and she was calm there, bvut oh boy is she crazy now! She lied to us just so we would buy her, lol.

I'm sure she'll settle in time - it's a huge change for a little kitten to get used to :)
