Okay im headed off to wharf within a month or two!!! (YAY! Im so excited) and my mates offered to give me spare plants and driftwood from his tank spares. He will also give me some filter media? I think thats what he called it. Now i wish to stock

Name Sex Full grown adult size
Neon Rainbow 1 male 3 females = 8"
Gold bristlenose= 5"(there so cute)
3 zebra loach 2 female 1 male? = 7 1/2"
4 glowlight tetra 6" (4 enough because their less schooling than other tetras?)

with these possible tank sizes:

18x18x18(second choice)
24x18x15(my prefrence)
30x15x12
36x12x12
(inches)

Filter: Emperor 280
Heater:Aquarium Systems Visitherm

He's going to help me choose heater, external filter etc. So which tank is optimum for the fish? Will it be overstocked? Sorry if i keep making new topics.

(I spent 2 hours today watching my mates fish and it went so fast lol! I look forward to getting this tank set up)

Im going for a Wharf custom because it works out cheeper, and i can pick and choose the hardware to whatever suits my needs :) ive looked at rio's but fancy a wharf custom :)

Price it up first - we were hoing to go for a custom (from wharf too) but it was actually more expensive in the end.

We went for the tropiquarium 88.

Out of those sizes I'd get the longest widest one you can, what about a 36x15x18??

my best take it a 36x18x12 got the height and length it's really nice but your first choice sounds really good to me :)

Yeah its just the space ive got im prob going to go for my first choice. Now is it overstocked PFK say it is slightly buy with good filtration and maintenence it will b e fine. Those sizes are adult. I got my heart set on a warf custom just because I can have virtually any size :)

then get the biggest you can

Its space im going to struggle for and transporting it in september. 24" is probably the longest it can be :(

ny comments on my stocking? Heater filter choices?

L 24" W 18" H 15" most probably

2 cherry barbs
2 bristle nose
6 Rosy Tetra
4 Dwarf rainbowfish
