I Dont Know If This Is A Emergency Or Not

I just got my green terror from Capitol city aquarium, my LFS. Iv been cycling my 55g tank for 4 weeks now. All my water peramiters have been fine. But when i added my fish and water from my LFS the water in my tank all the sudden got cloudy. Is this just part of my bacteria cycle? Or could this just be bad water? Any advise? I turned my heat up to 78f and turned my filters to full blast. what else should i do?

Test your water and see what it says for ammonia and nitrites.
