The idea of getting faster answers is a different perspective and I may start moving more than I have been just to get the questions in front of the right people to help the OPs.

In most cases, I think that is why they post in TD or Your New Tank. It is busier and thus, more likely that someone will answer. Moving them the appropriate section could mean that they get a better answer but not as quickly as they would like or need. This thread is a perfect example. Nine replies in TD in just over a day versus no replies at all in Gouramis and Anabantoids in over 2 days.

most people who join dont even post once they join then just leave it and dont come back so most of the time the pm's are not gettin read so its mostly wastin mods time and it isnt really a big issue only 1 or 2 posts slip threw the mods do try there best so that only 1 or 2 do get threw
