Hydor Eth 200w With 16mm Connections

You don't need one! I managed to adapt it to use with my fluval 205 external filters which has 16mm hoses. Here's what I did:

1) Measure up the hose and cut it where you want the heater to go (you will need to buy a new hose to do this)
2) Using aquarium silicone sealant, put a generous amount around the thread of the heater
3) "Screw" the hose on (assuming it's the ridged type like mine was"
4) Use 2 cable ties to ensure there is a tight fit and the hose is not going to come off
5) Liberally cover all gaps with more silicone in several layers for added security
6) Leave for 2 weeks or so to throughly dry before fitting and hey presto!

Mine has been going for 6 months now with no issues and they're SO much better as they reduce clutter, give a better temperature stability and more economical.

^^That's an interesting botch, and if it works for you, great. I wouldn't trust that much water to a loosely secured pipe myself, I know how easily cables tied pipes slip off when you use them on rigid pipe...

AdAndrews, you'll likely have to ask arround a few places to find one. I know Petermos (or was it Petermos1) on Ebay used to do both, but I'm not sure if he still does...
