Greatly appreciated Emma, Even my angelfish started to have a go as you can see in the 1st picture!
Any other idea's of feeding?!

hahha, i could only use one piece because i only have albino cories, and they dotn have enough suction to stay on pieces in the air, so ill post pics of what i did, 1 cory ate a whole slice so they must like it. Great idea emma! :hyper:  :D

My corys never seem to bother until its been in all day and by then the snails have usually eaten most of it. I use plant weights in the other tanks but they get lost in the sand it this tank with the loaches thrashing around.

 :fish: :fish:

The loaches seem to think cucumber is a great place to sit, but they do eat the middle out of it.... Specially the black khuli. I've seen the swordies havong a go too... Note to self, must get some snails to save me having to try to take it out.

need snails? i have a million and one of them lol

anyways the cucumber idea is awesome! i'm going to try this, let me call hubby to pick some while he is at the store lol

fed mine cucumber last night for the first time. i just clasped a piece of lead weight on the edge of it and dropped it in. sunk to the bottom and stood upright on its side :)

but thats a cool way of doing it heheh
