@Back in the fold ... I look at the juice in a frozen cube, like soup broth... you may be rinsing away a lot of the nutrition... when the shrimp freeze, I'd suspect like other things with moisture in the cells, those burst, when expanding during freezing... so, like soup broth, gets a lot of the good stuff, from the components in the soup, I'm betting a lot of the juice from a frozen cube contains the good stuff... it could also contain some bad stuff, but since the cubes are designed to be popped out and fed, any water should be generally acceptable to feed... & rinsing them out, may be getting rid of a lot of the good stuff that's listed on the nutritional analysis... by diluting it in RO water, I'm at least diluting it...
