I just checked your signature, and I don't know if you plan to get a bigger tank in the future, but you have way to many fish in your two ten gallons. The cichlids will most likely all grow big enough so that the tank will be literally stuffed with fish, an in the guppy tank if the "pleco" is just a common pleco, he will most likely grow gig enough to encompass the entire tank (if he can live for that long).
Although I realize it's the last thing you may want to do, you should either use your new 30 gallon to redistribute some of your fish, and also take several back to the store.
No offense to you, but I doubt you would be ready at this point to take care of discus, or even angel fish, in a tank that small. To beginners, at not only keeping delicate fish, but in general, I would say you should not have discus in anything less than a 100 gallon, with the best possible filtration money can buy, just so you can have the biggest margin of error possible.
