how much/often to feed corys

i would take half a disc and break it up into 3-4 pieces and drop that in there. If you want you could put maybe 1/4 of a disc in the morn and the other 1/4 at night. But if you do that the other fish might get it. If that poses a problem, just do the 1/2 disc in pieces when you feed the others. If it looks like they do not eat all of the wafer, cut down on the amount.

I give the three in the 29 gal 1 pellet/disk each night. Some pf the other fish eat on it too, so its usually gone in less than an hour. The corys then do their thing and eat what didnt get eaten by the pigs (other fish)

I've got 3 albinos in our 10 gallon and 3 albinos in my 55. I drop an 1/2 and algae wafer in each tank in the morning and 1 sinking shrimp wafer in each tank at night (for the cories). the shrimp wafers are about 1/2 the size of my algae disks. I drop 2 shrimp wafers in the 55 in the morning for my loaches and pictus. in the eveing they feed off of left over flake or brine shrimp.

Tanked,

Do you have any views on whether its best to give 2 smaller feeds a day or 1 bigger, or putting in wafers when its dark so they dont get mauled b4 the corys get them.

I usually feed when I get home from work in one go in a frenzy, but I do have time in the morning/night if it makes a difference.

I read that it was better to feed two smaller feeds rather than 1 big feed, but i don't whether this would be wise in respect of water quality.
