According to Dictionary.com it's kar-uh-sin where K is the same as "can, speaker, or stick", A as in "apple, can, or hat", R as in "run, marry, far, or store" - the uh sound is the same as in "about, animal, problem, or circus" - S as in "sit, city, passing, or face", I as in "it, big, or finishes", and finally the N as in "no, dinner, or thin".

So i would pronounce it: ca [as in CAn]-r [as in Run]-us [as in circUS]-in [as in IN].
