How Do I Upload Videos?

i have a one minute clip i need to upload for the emergencies section but trying to upload it to photobucket is taking forever, after over 40mins its only 9% finished, is there a faster way to get videos on here?

I think that other peop-le tha have done it in the past have used youtube. Maybe you can set up an account and then add a link.
