is there any way of posting a picture on this forum

I go on to TinyPic.com and upload the picture to that and then copy and paste the code that says for forums.

You can only attach photos in a few sections. If you need to post photos of a sick fish, you will need to do that in one of the sections that doesn't allow attachments. To add photos, set up a free account at Photobucket.com. Upload the photo there and then copy the IMG CODE link and paste it into your post.
