Just a question...with the beef heart you use, how much work is it to prepare? I read that it has to have all tendons and veins and things removed. Are you chopping it up or grinding?

I would be buying loads from you but I'm in the US

Quite a bit or work if you value every scrap of useable meat. I usually get around 250 grams out of a 450 gram piece, and I'm not *that* careful about keeping all the meat, but the butchers that I use make a pretty good job of it to start with anyway. I chop it up roughly first, then put it into a blender, which gives it a porridge-like consistency. If you're interested in making some, I linked to a couple of recipes earlier on.

Would just like to say that the food has been fantastic! My blue Rams absolutely love it, as do all my tetra's...Cardinals, black phantoms, lemon...etc.

Really was worth it, highly recommend

Thank you Kitty Kat

How are you getting along with the food, Jay?
