Hi, new planted freshwater tank owner over here...;)

Hi guys, so it’s been 3.5 weeks now,
I feel the tank is almost cycled...
I have attached the tank parameters for the last 10 days or so.
Does this look like a cycled tank to you? Please note the Amonia also shows up at 0.25 when I test my tap water for Amonia, same as the tank water.
