I always loves fish tanks and the aquarium. But I didn't even get a gold fish
Growing up. And one day when I was 30 a friend gave me her 20 gal. tsnk because she was switching to salt water. And I've been hooked since then.
I had stopped for sometime. And now were I live the water is terrible and I'm having trouble with my tanks. 75, 35, 15 and a 3 gallon. But I'm working on it. And I believe that with your help I can get them very healthy.

Welcome to TFF! :fish::hi::fish:

Hello and welcome to the forum! :hi:

Would love to see pictures of your tanks, I always like 75’s... :)

Hopefully the wild fires will be put out soon, my daughter said the air is not that great too with the smoke

Yeah it was definitely a curve ball getting back into the hobby a few months ago, was an odd cycle.

Thankfully I haven't had any fish losses but I think the whole front range is tired of being cooped indoors and the side effects of the fires/covid.

I worry about the wildlife a lot, places like hanging lake (swam there as a kid) near glennwood springs (pic attached) were hit too as far as I know. A lot of nature's gems got plowed through, and wildlife is going nuts.

Was also a massive bird death spree across as, nm, co and I think parts of eastern nv. They were guessing it was due to insect populations dying out from fires/smoke, causing the birds to starve during migration last I read about it.

Weird times, that 2020.

But sorry to jack the thread to the OP, again welcome to the forum and I'd love to check out your tanks!

Did you take that photo!?

Oh, no lol. It's a pretty popular spot now days so there's a lot of photos online for it, I should've mentioned.

Last yr they set it up as reservation only because it was getting so overpopulated with tourists.

Cool swimming hole after a short hike though, got to go as a kid - went a couple years ago and it was a lot different cause of crowding..

My daughter has lived in several parts of Colorado. I enjoy taking roads like hwy 285 south out of Denver. Sad to see all the fires and destruction. Here a couple of pictures of my tanks. I have a 55 gallon soft water tetra tank, 29 gallon LOTR castle tank for guppies and platys, 29 gallon platy fry tank and my 20 gallon long RES turtle tank

Welcome! What is it that's terrible about your water? Tell us a little about your tanks and stocking, and we can probably help you out.

An aside: I've stopped in WPB on my way to other places, and it seems nice, but the name always struck me as odd for a town on the east coast. Then I realized that Palm beach is actually on an island. :)
