Well after some time i have finally got my tank to a point where i feel it looks good enough to show off again.
The tank is a Juwel Vision 260 with a Tetratec 1200 running on it and the internal filter removed.
Stocking
7 x discus
Some cardinals and some rummy nose tetras (too many to count)
1x Peppermint plec (L176)
1x Starlight (L182)
2x Bulldog Plec (L187) (would consider selling if anybody would like them)
2x Leopard Cactus Plec (L114
3x Otocinclus (LDA23)
4x corys.

The tank gets a 25% water change at least every 2nd day and all fish are doing really well.

I do think it would benefit from some background, but that is a minor point because your tank looks terrific.
I especially like that blue diamond... :good:

Thanks Guys.

The blue diamond is getting massive!! He is the tank ruler. I have had him for about 9months/a year now i think.

I have a blue background on it this now as i really can't find a background that i like. Its a good point though. The blue sometimes looks very blahhhhh... don't know what i would put up instead though

I agree with invader that is deffo a BN plec.

Nice tank BTW. I love Discus, might give em a go one day.

How many gallons is that tank? 80? What temp do you keep it at? I wanted to get some discuss but wasnt sure if they would be compatible with my tetras, pleco and two feathertail cats but after seeing your tank I guess they would be. However mines only 46 gal so im not sure if its large enough to have 4 or 5 discuss.

hey mate, the tank looks awesome and the discus are great.

Nice tank :shout: :good: :shout:

Thanks everybody for there kind comments. Really appreciate it. I am really chuffed with my tank this now.

Right the tank is roughly just short of 60Gallons. It will probably be slightly too cramped when my discus all get really huge and i will address that problem later. My friend is currently setting up a large fish house and will probably take a couple of them off my hands later on. He is a very experienced fish keeper and is a moderator for another fish website and has advised me alot on how many fish i can keep etc. My tank is kept at 28-30 degrees. It depends on the temp of the room really. If its sunny (im in scotland, so not often) the sun beats down into that room and the temp goes up.

Discus aren't as hard as some people make out. The only problem is that with them a small mistake can wipe them all out so fast compared to other fish!!

Well i am giving all my gold shoulder corys to my friend for a breeding project. There is 10 of them and they breed prolifically if you drop the Ph to 6.5.

Hopefully he will be able to breed then successfully as he has just set up an £8 fish house and is looking to recoup some of his costs eventually from fish breeding. It will be slow coming but he will have lots of fun doing it.
