Cats do indeed suck when you have outdoor fish. You need a big dog, that keeps my garden cat-free.

If people want to keep fish outside in a pond they have to take measures to prevent the cats doing what comes natural to them, Im not saying they havent but the blame doesnt lie with the cat.
