As I'm still very new to fishkeeping I'm not real good with knowing the different fish variants. I've been scouring google to help me and so far I've worked out I've got
1 X Sunset / Sunburst
1 X Bumblebee / Black Hifin Variant
2 x Orange Mickey Mouse
1 X Blue Mickey Mouse
and now I'm stuck on the last one, hopefully someone can help

Look forward to find out what he/she is (sorry if its a bit fuzzy)

To me this platy looks like a mickey mouse platy, with some orange mickey mouse platy in him, I am pretty sure this is a mixed platy. Though he looks very nice and cool, nice colors!

now that you mention it i can see a faint mickey mouse on him, think ill just call him a bitsa :p

Your female platy has the color we call blue for a body and has the wag tail gene giving her that nice black tail and dorsal fin. She looks like a nice addition to any tank to me.
All of the color variations that you listed in the original post are all domestic platies. The color variations resulted from extreme breeding by commercial breeders trying to come up with something new that might get them a slightly better price for their fish. Since this gas been going on for a few decades, the real result is that we have a rather diverse group of domestic platy/swordtail crosses that show colors never seen in the wild.
