Poor thing when you see the state of him in that picture then see him on my 'profile' picture (not sure what its called. Wouldnt think he was the same little fishie

You wouldn't would you He looks like he's finally turned the corner and hopefully he'll be looking much more like your profile photo not too far ahead

Have you thought abour epsome salt baths for his popeye? I agree a second course of meds may be in order. If you go for a third give him a week ( at least) break between the second and third round. Meds can be hard on the liver or kidneys and can lead to other problems. Best to give a break if you need to chronically medicate. His regrowth is impressive. Lets hope he's turned the corner!

I have not tried baths no, do you think I should??

He had a 3 or 4 day break with 2 water changes during his 1st and 2nd treatment, fingers crossed it helps this time

It was his 5th night of treatment tonight with myxazin and his eyes still are not improved
What now?
I'm going to give him a big water change tomorrow.
Should I start and give him salt baths? Of so I'll need some advice as I have never done these before
