OK well i have 3 females and 3 males, one of my male is building a bubble nest and i put my 2 females in a breeder container thing in the males tank and one of them shows vertical lines but my other one doesnt but she is lighter than the other one, but the red one that doesnt show the lines flares at the male and my other one doesnt but flares at the female but she never flares at other fish unless she see a male. My male flares and blows bubbles, I also just fed them blood worms.

Is it possible that one of my females and male might breed together and if so what female do you think will??

thank you

Just noticed this, wanted to ask, when breeding Bettas, i know that bettas can be a bit aggressive to others, surely the fry arent? May seem like a silly question. Cheers.

If you have a female showing the vertical zigzag striping, she is the one that may breed successfully. The other one, no matter her appearance, is not ready to breed.
