I'm currently writing an assignment as part of a teaching degree module, I'm using word 2007, i have a new PC and have installed office. Does anyone know how to turn on the spell checker on on word 2007?

I think this might be what you mean..

If you try typing some words or sentences that dont make sense into word and then click 'Review' on the top bar, and then click 'Spelling and Grammer' on the left of the bar below.

It should then come up with a pop up window, on this window click 'Options' at the bottom left and then look down the list to find 'Check spelling as you type'. If you tick that box and then click 'Okay' i think it should work.

There is probably a much easier way, but i just thought id try and figure it out when i read this haha.
