Okay then try the peas for tonight. See how they look tomorrow. You can never feed to many peas to the fish. So you could try giving them some more tomorrow night. Just be sure that those to especially get the mushed peas!!

Also if you haven't seen them pooing, like going to the potty, that would mean that they could have been constipated. However that does not seem to be the situation.

Yep also getting that test kit will help. Be sure it's a master kit, as you need to test for nitrite,ammonia, and nitrate specifically!!
