it's pretty hard to tell w/o the water parameters but i'll guess ammonia poisoning since you disn't cycle the water but the big stomach could be overfeeding. you need to get a master test kit

By the picture they look constipated. So try feeding some mushed up peas. This should help clear any blockages they may have.

DAAAAAMN is that a tumor. :hyper: peas. stat. but another thing are you sure that's a male because even though it's blurry i really can't see a gonopodium and he looks a little big frame-wise that is to be a male

what kind of peas??? do they have to be frozen, or can they be canned? do I haveto cook them?

boil them. de shell. then mash them. but i think you really need to check for a gono. they look like overfed pregnant fancy females to me

They can be canned or frozen. However put the peas in a dish, add some hot water, let set for 15seconds, then rinse them with cool water so you do not burn the fishies when they try to eat them. Then take the outer shell off the pea, and mush the peas up. You can throw away the shells, as these are no use.

Good Luck! :good:

*Those do look like males though, especially by how slender the body is and the tail detail.

Have you seen them poo lately???
Also have they been eating normally??
Do their scales look raised?? Picture of raised scales. Do they look like that at all? To see you will have to look at the top of your fish.

well have i seen them poo? i haven't really noticed them not pooing but i don't know if these two in particular have pooed?? yes everybody seems to be eating well.....and no there are no raised scales.
