Help Me Please????!

My paradise fish has about 6 black balls in side of him maybe more, when he swims in front of the light i can see thru him and there all over.
However with the lights out i can see bumps on his skin where they are underneath. No one i talk to seems to have any idea what they could be, iv been told to do a 3rd water change and add some tank tonic salts. The Fish Is acting fine, apart from balls you wouldnt think anything was wrong.
Ill try and attach a picture if you could help id be really grateful

Seriously mate, the picture is too big and is corrupt now, one way there would have been around it would be to save it and then open it, but when i do that it shows you picture file is corrupt, my advice, upload you picture on the place called www.photobucket.com and there you can actually resize it to the size you want
