High temps are only good for parasites, bacterial infections high temps speeds the bacteria up.
Has the zit gone.

uhmm well i'd say after a couple more day's they'll be completly gone.
since they almost are already.

hi ya am a newbie but been reading the boards avidly, i dont know wot the bugs are or how to help on that front but in regards to the cycling...which is not helping the fish and probably, well more then likely is stressing them....
anyways some where on this forum is a thread with a list of members names that donate their filter media...dont know but this may be the better solution for ya fish....

sounds like whitespot a raise in temperature can cure this if you have added the right medication without seeing it though cant be 100% sure. I had some little bugs that lived in my tank for ages and were completely harmless dont forget there are lots of little bugs in their natural habitat and if they are not hanging off your fish like fish lice I think they should be ok. Is it the power of your filter that could b stressing the fish if it sucked two in it sounds very powerful?
