Help Me Please! I'm Not Very Good At Fish Keeping =[

ever since i put the temperature up to 83 (won't go higher because my heater isn't that good) the little "zit" things have either left or gone down
because now it's only on one fish and it only has 2 "zits" on it and they're quite small
and there are none on the other two that had it before...should i leave the temperature at 83 then for the 14 days?

Yes leave temp where it is, if it was bacterial the high temp should of made things worse, it sounds like a parasite but with the high temp and symtoms going sounds like it killing them off.
What fish do you have as salt might help too, but cant use on scaless fish.

i can't have salt because of my albino cory catfish..
but i have now 1 dalmation molly
2 redtail guppies
3 dragontail guppies
and 1 bristle nose pleco

one of the dragon tail guppies have been acting funny though...
when i went to feed him he was just sitting in the corner hidding?

and sorry i was wrong..there's still the "zit" things on two of them...but that's still better than 4

Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Hiding not good a sign of a problem.

flicking?
none of them are scratching or anything like that...they're all acting normal except for the one that's hidding in the corner by my fake plants....

Not really can you get any pics up on the site.
I would ask about them bugs in tropical chit chat you will be surprised what you can learn over there.
Any signs of ill health on the guppy, what are there gills like pale with excess mucas or red and inflamed.

the guppy came out of the corner now...i don't know what was amatter wiht him...but now he's swimming with the others...his colors are a little paler...but i don't know if it's because he might be a she because i wasn't really ever sure for which ones wwere female or male..
and i'll ask right now.

NitrItes went up to 0.50...
but i'm not sure if it's cycling because i got a new filter and cleaned my whole aquarium out
or if it's because of the three dead fish...
anyway i can make it go back down?

Cleaning the whole tank and new filter yes will cause nitrites.
Did you add the old mature sponges to the new one.

nope because the new filter is completly different... it's a bio-wheel thing..
and the old filter had all the bugs in it...so i didn't want to use it.

Ok, well your tank is cycling again, explains why the guppy is pale and hiding, sad to say it might not make it.
Cycling a tank takes it toll on fish as they have to go through the ammonia and nitrite process, causing sometimes for the fish immune system to shut down.

well now the guppy is out playing again (not as hyper as before--but still playing)
and the colors have lightened a little but only on the one.
and what about the "zit" things <-- they're getting smaller...but they're still on the 2 gupipies

To be honest a cycling tank won't help the healing process.
If its going smaller carry on with the med.
