Help just rescued two electric blue acaras

So put the torch on my phone and had a look at these guys, the white spot seems to have cleared up a lot they were covered before but i now can only see the odd clusters of them here and there and on the edges of the fins, i do see them keep shaking like there shaking the ich off them lol. Like i say still eatting and seem a bit more active today, i have noticed there eyes were white before and online photos eba eyes look goldy reddy but today the colour seems to be coming back to there eyes. Going to do a water change tomoz and keep on with the heat and water changes untill no more white spot. I dont really want to keep using meds if there immune is already low? But yeh i seem to have a bit more faith in these guys today fingers crossed

Can you clarify which treatment route you are taking?
If it is meds, turn the temp. down to mid-range - 77f for these fish. If it's heat, it needs to be at 86f, no less, for two weeks to kill the ich.

I have taken the medicine route, the treatment has worked and i can see no visible white spots. I have turned the light on today and they seem a lot more active, there colour still hasnt come back could that be due to the light been off for over a week? I am such a fool as well i know how fast ich spreads but i only have 1 syphone and used it to clean all my tanks, well as you can imagine all my tanks now have white spot 😭 it is only the odd fish in each tank but no more spare tanks now so just turned the heat up today. I hope it clears and no fish die from just trying to rescue two 🙈 owell the acaras are now ok lol. Can any one tell me what sex they are? I think possible both males now i have read more into it.

OK, good on the acaras. For the other tanks get them up to 86f/ 30c and keep it there for two weeks.

I have no idea what you have there. @Colin_T or @Wills would know if they are mature and have clear genders. They would also be able to say if they are electric blue acaras or a hybrid?

the guy who i got them of didnt tell me much, and i am no good at sexing fish lol hope the people you mentioned can help thank you. As for the other tanks i have raised the heat and will leave it there for 2 weeks and keep an eye on every one, thanks again i just need the acaras fin to heal up now. Do you think thats from bullying or fin rot maybe? I suppose it should clear up with good water changes, already looks like there is some new growth to it so thats a bonus.

UPDATE
The blue acaras pulled through as did all my other tanks no more white spot no loss of any fish, I am wanting to add the 2 acaras to my 240l with my 6inch Oscar. Will that size tank be ok or would i need a bigger size? I run a fluval u4 and an external all pond solution 1000ef and do 30% water changes a week. Already in my 240l is the 6inch red Oscar 2 2inch natural blue acara, 1 Senegal bichir and 3 huge yoyo loaches( do yoyos get obese? 1 has a massive belly and has done for over a year still very healthy and active) I have read that acaras are good mates for Oscar fish?(Oscar doesn't bother the 2 natural acaras) but is my tank size suitable for all these fish?

Also I had the Oscar from 3inch who's lived with all them fish, as he's getting bigger he seems to be chasing more fish from front of the glass. Is this him been territorial? I was hoping for a more peaceful Oscar reason i got so young to grow out with the other fish but I'm starting to think iv picked up a nasty Oscar so debating if to swap him out at pet shop on the off chance i can get a timid one. or have i completed ruined this tank?
