Sorry about your loaches and good luck with the medicine - I hope it won't stain everything for too long. I used it once in a quarantine tank and it did not work for me.
 
Maybe somebody else can help you with the dosage. Please post the results after the treatment, I am curious if it works.

I myself are still dealing with ich.  I have had an issue with keeping the temp on the tank up.  Here in Iowa USA the weather was nice so we had the house airing out.  Well during the night we had an early cold front come through.  The tank dropped to 78 from 84.  We closed the house up and turned the heater on the house on to warm everything up.  we got the temp on the tank back up to 84.  But it is like the ich has staled out.  So im just keeping my eye on them and hope things get better.

Just a few days gone by and already the ich is gone! Very happy with the treatment and the fish don't seem to be affected. My advice to people also struggling with ich is to skip the salt and go straight to heat and meds combination.
