Judging by your photo he looks pretty good to me. Is he active, eating well, inquisitive? If so all is well.

Mhm. He's healthy. But the finnage is not good especially on the anal. Try giving him a "flare treatment" to straight out his fins :)

Do u guys think I'd be good to give him fin rot medicine? No, he is not eating. I used to have him in a bowl [it was actually decent sized] but I changed him to a 5G fish tank, with warm water [about 75-78F] and with a filter. No, he's not eating. Maybe he doesn't like pallets? I think there's something really wrong, every time I put a pallet it, he jzt approaches it and smells it, never eats it. =( what am I doing wrong!?

Yea. True. I had an experience with it. One time I have a Red Dragon HM and he only eats live brine shrimp T_T

which pellets are you using, some can be a bit fussy
I use WARDLEY betta food. [wiith no ar5ificial color.]
Idk, I feel like itzz to bing for his little mouth. I drop the pallet, and he jzt wont eat it. I let the thing float there for like an hour, then I remove it whole. =/.
ANy suggestions/opinions about trying the fin rot medicine?

Just check your water for ammonia or nitrate. I did exactly what you did put a betta in a 70ltr tank from a bowl and within a week he developed fin rot and died. He was obviously stressed over the water conditions and I put it down to an ammonia spike.

I have Aqua One Betta Pellets that are tiny, all my fish enjoy them, might be worth a try, you can get them cheap on ebay :good:

Most Bettas tend to sulk for a few weeks after moving, i had one refuse food for 2 weeks.

Try some frozen bloodworm too

What's the "flare treatment" ??? any suggestions??

And I'll give the nitrate and ph test a try. But what is concerning me are his fins. They seem really dull and bent.
