Help Guppy Had Fry But Didn't Finish

My pregnant guppy had 2 fry a few days ago and I thought she would have more by now she ate 1 and she's still fat and had a gravid spot then it went black to orange/red/yellow help is this normal?!?

An orange/red/yellow gravid spot normally means an empty, or more commonly, very young fry. Since female livebearers can save sperm for months at a time, she's probably going to become pregnant again. Were you watching her give birth, or did you just count the fry later?

I watched it I was sitting at my desk on my computer and next thing you know I see in the corner of my eye she gives birth to 1 guppy and another one 3 minutes later then she stopped
I put her in a breed box thing and she ate a guppy

How long have you had the fish? it is normal for mothers having babies the first time to only have 2-5 fry.

Fish can also hold on to their fry if they feel stressed or threatened; this often happens if the fish is put in a breeder box, as they're really too small.
