all i can say is keep an eye on your fish and see if any fish try to attack another neon or any other fish then decide what to do about it u could exchange ur fish that is attacking and give it to a fish shop and get another fish in exchange

At least 6, but more is usually considered better. It depends on what your tank can handle.

I have a 90 litre tank & I've never had more than 15 guppies in it. Any more & the top half of the water can look a little congested, especially if there are other top water species as well.

I'm by no means an expert so don't take that as gospel!
