I has not affected my water quality atall been getting perfect reading up untill the death and it was only 0.25 ppm ammonia but done a bit water change 10 mins after that test and retested and o ammonia

if there no signs of long stringy white poo or clear mucas poo it dosn't sound like internal parasites.

Feed some shelled peas.

is the food in date, not out of date.

Keep a look out for these signs.

Laboured breathing, gaspings.
Darting, erratic swimming.
Excess mucas.
pale gills with excess slime.
Red inflamed gills, bleeding gills.
Opaque body with excess slime.
Red sores or red pin prick marks.

Now my juli cory is scraping off the sand violently dashing about as well if my corys die i think i might just give it up cause this is so anoying this is my best tank to date, planted the way i want, water stats are perfect water quality is superb, yet fish are getting sick why? i do 35-40% water change every week and use the same dechlorinator and maintain my filter well and its nice and mature, so i dont know what to do.

What do the fish gills look like.
Do the fish also swim in an odd manor like a jerky movement.

Take a look here.

The only thing in there that they are doing is Violent reaction of thrashing, darting but it says low water quality here are my stats that i took there now

PH - 7.8 ppm
Ammonia - 0.25 ppm
Nitrate - 5 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm

i have trace ammonia because i overfed last night and plan to do a big water change later on.

Test your tap water in ammonia and nitrate.
As I'm wondering if your tanks fully cycled yet.

Has there been any road works going off down your road.
If it was a toxin I would expect to see gasping.

All I can point the symtoms to at the present is bad water quality, or irratation.
Keep a look out for when your fish go to the toilet.

Tank has been cycled for 2 and a half months tested tap water, stats are 0

Every tank different. It can take some tanks well over 3 months to cycle.

How are the fish today?

Got a big encourgment tonight there are cory eggs all over my tank walls and swords and still laying atm maby thats why they were jumpy there couldent be to much wrong if they are breeding every month or so this is good cause the last time they laid was 1 and a half months ago the big water changes must of encourged them. But its still a mistery to me why that other cory died is it possible that it was the only one infected?

Are the corys still darting, thrashing, flicking and rubbing.

I had a set of corys that were very tough lasted 4 to 5 years, . A second bunch I bought they all died. Bad bunch of corys.

Congrats on the eggs.

They are not doing it now so i hope its gone they are still a bit jumpy they are at the back of the tank hiding among the bogwood but they seem ok they get more active later on, I think i have found out what was doing it i fed my corys vegie tablets with like cabbach and loads of other stuff in them and i stopped feeding them taht about 3 days ago and they seem to have lost all symptoms, Maby that was jsut a bad cory like i said it had a missing eye when i bought it so maby it just wasent well. oh and the eggs are nerly gone now i dident plan to keep them anyway too much work and i plan to keep the next batch i am getting a 20G nano setup so will be able to raise them in there.
~

Still keep a close eye on them.
