I have now started aquascape ing my tank but keep having the problem that my pleco keep making me get floaters lol
The carpeting plants are pearlweed monte carlo and an unknown grass
Any help or advice much appreciated TIA

Also getting a second tank tomorrow eeek

I've found that there are some fish that just don't work with these types of plants ... the main one's are cories but plecs are another. To keep these types of plants it's best to keep fish that swim in the water column.

Is there any chance your plec can move into the new tank once it arrives and is cycled?

I could do would bristlenose pleco be ok with male betta ?

minimum tank size I'd put a BN in is about 30". I've read they are fine in a 2 foot tank but in my opinion that's too small for a fish that can grow to 6 inches in length
