OK Hi, I'm Ollie and I've been keeping fish for about 3 years. I currently have two tanks; one 200L (50g) and one 25L (about 6g).

The 200L tank is a bit of a mess with a Common Pleco (that I stupidly took off someone's hands when I began keeping fish), 6 Rosy Barbs, 8 Black Widow Tetras, an Angelfish and two Zebra Loaches. I know this is incorrectly stocked but unfortunately there is little I can do about it as no shop or sane person will take the pleco off my hands and it shows no signs of old age, despite being about 8 years old. I have had this tank for about 2 years and it looks OK-ish but you can definitely tell a Pleco lives there!

The 25L tank is a better story, with two male guppies and some various plants. I've had it for about 9 months and it's doing great and I definitely prefer smaller tanks - they are so much cheaper and easier to maintain.

I also have a pond which hasn't seen much action lately - it will be sorted out when the summer comes.

So yeah, those are my tanks. I am guessing I will spend most of my time on here admiring other people's tanks as mine are rather mediocre.

Welcome to the forum Ollie! Your 50 gallon is a great community, besides the pleco, of coarse, lol

It happens to us all. I have a leopard centapoma in my tank. I have switched it mostly over to community fish but only those that the centapoma cannot eat. I have had the fish for over three years and feel bad getting rid of him. I feel your pain. The rest of your stuff sounds nice.

Welcome thorsw, sorry about the 50g but on the bright side, pleco's are one of my favorite fish:)... do you have any plans to move him? Best of luck!
