i have a small porthole and iv noticed that hes gotten very light and his eyes are bulging out of his head there 4x there normal size im not sure what to do i dont have any idea whats wrong with him someone please help

Sounds like the fish may have Pop-Eye, which can be caused by a number of things,

What are the water stats in the tank?
What size is it?
What fish are there in the tank?
What is your maintenance regime like?

iv got a 300ltr tank i do a 25% water change every 2 weeks and i usually do a test on sundays iv got 2 firemouths, 2 baby parrot fish a cigar shark banjo catfish upside down catfish pleco 8mollies 2comets and another porthole who seems fine

and iv been treating them for whitespot aswell which the treatment has just finished

What filter are you running as goldifish are massive waste producers.
Your tanks sounds overstocked to me.

For popeye you need a bacterial med.

cigar sharks I think should be left to pub;ic aquariums and VERY large home aquariums.
