Heater Help Please

guys ive got a juwel fish tank, im not sure how to set the temperature on it - which way is min or max


ive got a picture of the heater but not sure how to insert it?

ive decided that im gona get a new heater as the one i have has alot of crap stuck on the heater n ive tried to take it off but it doesnt want to come off - maybe this is what is affecting it, my question is what Watts one will i need for a 5ft tank 400 litres?

you probably would want 2 X 200 Watt heaters....one at either end of the tank.

Spot on advice. Multiple smaller heaters will result in more even heating of the tank and a safety factor when one goes bad, either getting stuck on or off.
