Heater Gunna Blow? Help!

Okay soo I have an all glass 200watts heater that I got in an aqueon kit. I have had it for about two months and I noticed at night I saw a flash of light on the top of the heater!!! Right under the dial. I don't know what it was but I thought maybe water got in there. So I took it back and they gave me another one (exact same heater). And that very night I saw the flash again!!! Is it gooing to blow! please help!

I have no experience with these heaters however I don't think there is anything to be alarmed about as it is probably just showing that it is working.

When its working it shows a red light and that wasn't what im worried about, its still heating fine tho.
