I exercise every single day of my life. I’m talking a 2 mile run every day, push-ups (100 a day), sit-up, (100 a day), crunches, (100 a day), planks, etc. etc.

I am by no means “fat”.

Well in my younger days I Was eating huge portions of sphaghetti and cheese sauce with backon and onions, I dont eat like that now I don't do half as much excercise, though I'm not overweight I do have a it of a belly, doing situps is difficult for me.
