Ok, so a few days ago I got another betta from walmart, just because looked so helpless.
He was fine for the first 2 days, but now hes a wreak.
He swims all crazy and dilapitaed. He cant sit still.
He swims really fast into the sides and the bottom.
I cant think of anything I did wrong - I did a water change yeaterday though.

The only time he sits still is when he is blowing bubles at the top - otherwise hes going crazy.
Anyone know whats goiong on?

But he wasn't like this 2 days ago......he wasn't even like this after I did the water change......I've only beeen noticing it for the past 2 hours or so......

Should I mention I moved his bowl from my bedroom to the computer desk?

Ok, I'll try that.......I'm kindof dissapointed though......

But I also dont think its a vibration. Since I have a fancy-shmancy computer desk, my mother made me put 3 costers under the bowl, one is clay, another is leather. I did the leather one because it makes the clay one look nice...

Is he having difficulty, or is it more like he cannot see where he is going?

Difficulty in swimming is probably a swim bladder disorder...

Well, he can swim controlled.......but he really does, just go crazy.
He swims around normally sometimes, but other times he freaks out and swims hard into the sides, as if he is exploring a tank....
He can act normal...

No........
I have reason to believe he is anerexic! I cleaned his fish tank yesterday, and it seems liek every damned thing I put in that tank for food he rejects......but hes done it for a few days now....maybe I'm just feeding him to much? But I feed my other betta the same amout, and he consumes it all!

hmm...what do you feed him (some bettas refuse flakes and some refuse pelletes...i understand flakes those smelll!!! )

hmm... i think ur betta is fine, he acts just like my baby tadpole, plus, he's proably just glad to be outa that little tank and being able to be in a bigger tank.

I feel him bloodworms......its all I have. I might need to get him some pellets or something...its weird.. :dunno:

i could list off a bunch of food u should try, but most of the time, my bettas reject them. well anyways, try Doc wellfish aquarium salt. ur fish may be under stress. that type of salt will reduce it.
