They have no info on what species he is (I know, don;t buy fish from them!) but he is for sale at £150! He is about 20" - 24" long.

Anyone got any ideas?

It was in my LFS, so there was good light all around - other than than just pointed and clicked! more luck than judgement! spent 2 hours trying to take pics of the fish i bought today (my first fishes - I'm a proud fish mummy!!) but they were all blurred. Mind you, i think Harry is used to the attention, as soon as I pulled the camera out he started posing....

Maybe LFSFOTM would be more appropriate, especially if they don't even know what an arowana is.

That second picture made me laugh! He looks like a big tough fish and then you look at his face and he looks all old and frumpy. HA! He's cute

WOW! Harry is amazing! One of my lfs's has one about that size too (he's in a 500+ gallon tank)...they are truley magnificent fish when you see them that size.

I so want to get an Arrowana...maybe someday...
