Hardiest Fish Of All Time?

Zebra Danios hands down, left these in a unmanned tank for 3 months and they were still alive, no filter. Just mad how hardy they are.

I would have to say a Black neon tetra or a molly. I had these when I was a newbie and just put them in a uncycled tank, and kept them in tap water. Only lost my last black tetra a few years ago after about 8 happy years! (well some, im sure he didnt like the fist one! )

Betta's put up with some #105### :good:
+1. My first fish was a betta. I changes his bowl once a week. THen I got into bigger tanks and invested in test kits, and one day I got curious as to what the water parameters of a betta tank look like before the water change. 4ppm!!!! Holy cow!!! And I had been doing that to this poor guy for months! I started changing his water every other day, added live plants.

I am glad for the live plants. I had to go out of town for a week and a half and I was afraid to let my sister change the betta bowl. So I had her feed every 3 days and I tested the water after a weeks and a half. 0 ammonia :) Thank you live plants :) (and this was tested against my tap water, which I know has 1ppm of ammonia in it)

I vote mollies! My 2 mollies, and their 1 fry, survived living in 50 degree water for 4 days (power outage), and an hour car ride in the tank, then another hour back, and man was there some sloshing! I thought I'd lose them for sure, but they were perfectly healthy after all that!

In respects to the goldfish, I got one from the fair ground when I was about 6, it died within a day.
Then I got one this summer, bought it a nice 10 gallon tank, kept it healthy, 3 weeks later it jumped out and died
