Hamsters Or Mice

Mice are great.

Here's male Ilari.

But rats are maybe even more great. You can keep rat in your shoulders when doing normal things. I usually have rats in my shoulders whole day when I'm working (in petshop).

I don't like that much hamsters. They need little more work to become friendly.

I agree..hamsters are rather nippy..but sometimes they can be friendly...just takes a while.

I dunno if you can put a mouse in one of those rolly-ball things..but I used to love watching my hamster play in his...I'd let him out several times a day at first, then got to where I just left him in there til he stopped rolling around..then I'd take him out and let him play in his cage...which had alot of tunnels and twists and turns for him to explore...I highly doubt he ever got "bored" lol.
