Guppy With Bloat

Hi

I have a guppy thats showing all the signs of bloat. Protuding scales, staying near the top and not feeding. I've read that the best way to treat this is with a bath in epsom salts. What I was wondering was is this the same epsom salts that we humans use, or will they do, if not then where can I get the fish specific epsom salts from. Also is there any other medications for bloat?

Yes it s the same salt we use, get it from a chemist.
Once scales stick out organ failure and the chances of survival are very slim.
