Guppy Question

My guppy gave birth yesterday and I have 8 little baby fry. The female's gravid spot still looks black does this mean she is still pregnant and can still give birth?

She might still give birth. So be on the look out.

It's possible she still has more fry to drop, but it's also possible that she's finished. 8 is a normal number of fry for a "first-time-mother" to have. And since dark colored females' gravid spots are always a dark color, it's hard to tell.
