Guppy Fry

Hi i have a pregnant guppy and she has given birth to 9 fry and I am not sure how long it takes until she has finished giving birth.
Help

Hi I have some Guppy fry and I am wondering how long does it take for them to grow big enough for me to put them in my other tank with the fully grown guppies.

Not entirely sure if there's one exact answer to this. It could be that each one is slightly different, but, i do remember reading an article that suggested a period of around 12 hours where a hormone is released inside the female to kerb her appetite so that she doesn't eat the fry whilst giving birth. So maybe anywhere from a couple of hours to 12 hours?

Ah, another question magically appeared....
 
Probably a couple of months for safety. I found that when the tails start to show signs of colour it's time to move them to the big pool from the baby pool.
