That dose fits in with Colin's recommendation for livebearers, though I would have started with the dose for other types of fish and only gone up to the higher dose if the lower one didn't have any effect.

Maybe there was more going on than just the finrot and he just couldn't cope

yeah, he was stressed SO he got fin rot. new light.
water is perfect, ph lowered for some reason...
i kno this is off topic but i have some marble, how fast would it take in like 60g? (75g tank)
