i was at my lps for 1 hourand me and the fish guy were talking for 1 hour so he ve me a free fish.

well rite now i have the 5 guppies in a five gal with a abino cory, i kno that 2 are femal because the have a gravid spot. one of the male is a green bodied with a red double tail. wat luck i have i have 2 other one but they are feeder guppies so.. but iw ant to kno if the are male or femal they both have color one and have a black spot where my fancy guppies hav ehteir gravid spot but i dont kno if that is a gravid spot or jus a patter of the fish. help please.

sorry i already tried that one ita a feeder guppy with a 1 black spot where the gravid spot should be i dont kno if its part of the body patter but i need help with this, thanks

Its easier to sex guppies by their anal fin than by their color. While females are usually more dull they can be colorful some times. Look along the bottom of the fish, the back fin on the bottom (the anal fin) is fan shaped in females and rodlike in males.
