I have discovered this morning my pay as you go mobile has been terminated just because I havnt credited it for a while!!!! I have tried calling the company from the land line but just get the stupidest automated service that does not give me an option to find out if I can get it put back on. The website is the same some daft virtual person to ask who keeps giving me the same stupid answers as the answerphone. I dont know if I credit it that it will be usable. How I wish you were able to speak to a real person sometimes

lol, I know how you feel

All Ive had is problems with PAYG and Pay Monthly mobiles, so now I go for Sim free phones :good:

Sweet offer Biff, I have a spare sim :good: its just annoying that they have turned it off, its taken me ages to memorise my number

its taken me ages to memorise my number
its even harder when you are constantly buying more phones which = more simcards.
Im pretty sure I have around 12 sim cards with lots of minutes and data allowance on them I havent used yet

Can you not go into a shop of that company and ask them?

I had an argument with a nice call centre gentleman who after an hour hung up on me; who was arguing about the cost of my texts from abroad; they had changed the price to 11p per text instead of 40p...anyway after I got angry at him (which I never do!) and he got angry at me he hung up; I went straight to the shop who sorted it instantly for me :).

Although I have recently changed phone companies; I'd phoned up twice and called into the shop to say "Can I upgrade my contract" - I was told no, unless I wanted 2 contracts....so I ended it and went else where - then when I phoned up for my pac code (to transfer my number) they said "oh you could have upgraded" - I KNOW that; that is why I asked them GRR. Anyway it was too late and they lost me :)

You should be able to transfer your old number to a new sim card, if you remember your old number that is :hey:

you wont now the sim has been terminated

all payasyougo sims die after either 3 or 6 months when not topped up

Oh I shouldnt moan then, its been 18 months since I had credit on it
